Davido Buys N36 Million Bike (Video)

It is said that extravagance is the luxury of the rich; penury is the luxury of the poor. This statement seems to be right in the lives of most Nigerian artistes who tend to show off their ‘wealth’ in a bid to constantly remain in the public eye.

Living one’s life to the fullest and living extravagantly is a different ball game altogether. Extravagance is something that one’s spirit ‘thinks’ is a necessity, but this could be wrong. Davido has earned himself a spot on the list of Nigeria and African’s richest musicians with just seven years on the music scene.

Spreading the tentacles of his music business and tunes to different parts of Africa and the world at large, Davido rakes in thousands of Dollars and Millions of Naira making music and performing at shows.

He recently shared of him purchasing a bike worth over $100,000

See Video below;

With videos of outrageous parties, photos of scantily clad women, and shots of expensive cars and exotic champagnes, multi million naira wrist watches seems be a culture well cultivated by Nigerian celebrities on social media.

It is a good thing obviously to enjoy the works of your hand and it’s a good thing to enjoy your money especially after working so hard to earn them but there is certainly what is called simplicity.

It would be recalled that Nigerian super star Davido’s flamboyant lifestyle almost put him in trouble with the law in the U.S after police officers reportedly entered his house suspecting he must be a fraudster to be living in such a house.

The multi-award winning singer, whose father is reportedly worth $300 million, expressed his displeasure at the way the American police keep harassing him anytime he is in town because of his extremely luxurious lifestyle.

It was gathered that when the cops entered his house, Davido told them he is a superstar from Africa, but they doubted him until they saw that he has over 100 million views on YouTube and apologised.

For years, Davido has been known as one of the Nigerian celebrities who proudly show off their new acquisitions on social media and can’t stop ranting about his wealth and always reminding anyone who isn’t comfortable with his boastful nature to stay off his page on social media.
