EXPOSED: Secret Camera Caught ELECTORAL AGENT Manipulating Osun Election Results [VIDEO] A video recorded by secret camera has emerged on online showing how the electoral agent manipulate the just concluded Osun Governorship Election which was declared Inconclusive by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC. Although, those appeared in the video were all speaking Yoruba dialect, but the camera guy alleged they are the people manipulated the results. Watch video below:
